Hello Debra, unfortunately I'm unsure I went on a weekday.
According to google maps they are 33 minute walking distance
We visited their new location yesterday as an early Mother’s Day celebration. The food was fresh and delicious! Service was friendly and professional. We will definitely visit again😊
The staff is very warm and personal. The tea selection is vast and delicious, and I have never left a plate of food unfinished! It's become a staple breakfast date in our household at least once a week
The crab quiche and pumpkin spice scones are delectable!
Great selection of teas and the food was so delicious! I recommend the chicken pot pie puff pastry. The staff/owners are very welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely go back. 👍👍
We love Cozy Tea and we're so happy they've opened back up. Food and tea is delicious as always and more affordable too. The seating is community style and you order at the counter and they bring it out to you fairly quickly. So it's not a sit down/waiter place anymore but that doesn't matter to us. We were pleased to see all of their soups are vegetarian, which is hard to find (most places use chicken stock or a roux with bacon). We'll definitely drive over to op from riverside and bring our kids next time too!
Worth the trip to simply have their scones!! The BEST!!! They also have delicious quiche, sandwiches, puff pies, and desserts. And, great service!
All the food was great (I got a turkey, bacon, and sun-dried tomato sandwich and tomato bisque), and there's a good selection of tea. But it seemed a little pricey, especially since this new location doesn't seem quite cozy yet.
The food, teas and atmosphere here are wonderful! Loved it!
I loved the wide variety of teas here.
Awesome menu. My server was very helpful with suggesting tea that fit the description I wanted. I will be back soon!
Great place to work but also to relax with a cup of tea and delicious homemade food and desserts. Don't forget your scone with clotted cream!
Great place. Comfy atmosphere and food that tastes homemade. I had the grilled chicken panini with side of tomato basil soup. Amazing with very generous portions. The cup of soup was a bowl. Only bad part is now I'm too full to try the desserts. I'll be back....
Delicious scones and tea! I had an apricot scone and a vanilla one, and they were absolutely delightful. Thought hard about the truffles but decided to wait until next time. I very much enjoyed looking at that case, though; the truffles are truly pretty to look at. I very much look forward to going back for them!
Always a wonderful experience!!! Best food and lovely staff!!! Simple beautiful!!!
I checked online for the hours so a friend and I could meet for breakfast. It said 8am.I arrived at 845a, but the map information said 930a was opening time. So we waited until 930 and still not open.
Fantastic tea and cake selection. Lovely staff and absolutely adorable atmosphere!!
The food was good and the tea flavors were interesting and I wanted to try so many of them. The tea I tried this time was great.
Nice place for a light snack but not a meal. Had lunch here, not very accommodating to people who are somewhat picky. Fairly pretentious if you ask me. Tea was lovely and dessert was enjoyable. Still less then satisfied with my soup and sandwiche. I asked for a grilled cheese originally but was denied because it was in the kids menu which is for 7 and under only. Honestly, I'm not impressed and won't be returning.
The broccoli cheddar quiche was fluffy and the crust was crisp. The tomato herb bisque was great! It's not too thin or thick. It did not need anything added to it. The Buckingham tea was great with a vanilla sugar scone. The tea was an earl grey with something I can't remember. It was a nice afternoon pick me up. They could do with an additional staff member since the cashier was all over the place. She placed orders, cleaned tables, prepared teas, and probably more I just didn't notice. There are a couple small dining tables but the rest of the seating is communal tables. I didn't mind that but I know some people aren't comfortable with that. I'll definitely return again. I'm quite interested in trying one of their puff pastries.
A nice little spot for lunch. The staff is friendly and know the tea selections well, and the food is delicious. I highly suggest getting a slice of cake here.
